Dynamic Present Theory I: Foundations of Continuous Present Actualization
D. S. Gavant
The foundational paper. It develops the single posit of Continuous Present Actualization into an account of relational formation and persistence, the Theta model, quantum measurement, the mass-energy rate interface, and the reconfiguration interface that led to the CPA+C glass law. It states clearly what is formal, what is empirical, and what remains open.
A Constraint-Modulated Rate Law for Glass-Forming Systems: Viscosity Evidence and Dielectric Transfer in Salol
D. S. Gavant and C. E. Precker
The empirical companion. It introduces CPA+C and tests it against three established equations in salol and boron trioxide, with resampling, held-out prediction, and a transfer from viscosity to dielectric relaxation.
Theta: a formal model of relational growth
D. S. Gavant
A finite network model in which each new connection is retained and changes which connections can form next. Its single fixed rule generates growth, narrowing, densification, and depletion without any of these phases being programmed in.
